Diplomat’s Center Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the successful reintegration of formerly incarcerated individuals into society. Diplomat's Center Inc. has developed and implemented a comprehensive program and service that addresses the unique needs of this population and fosters their successful reentry and long-term stability. This initiative aims at providing housing, education, employment assistance, and comprehensive support services for formerly incarcerated individuals. Our approach focuses on empowering individuals to rebuild their lives, reduce recidivism rates, and become productive members of society. Diplomat’s Center Inc. offers an exceptional opportunity for reentry clients as we provide:

Housing Support:  transitional housing to provide stability during the critical reentry period, as well as long-term housing solutions that promote self-sufficiency and community integration.

Education and Skills Development: these initiatives will empower individuals to acquire new skills, enhance employability, and increase their chances of securing stable employment.

Employment Assistance: connecting program participants with employment opportunities and supportive employers, aimed to facilitate successful reentry into the workforce.

Wraparound Support Services: case management, mental health counseling, substance abuse treatment, access to healthcare services, peer support groups, and assistance with accessing social services and community resources.

The Project Impact and Evaluation: project aligns with our organization's mission to support successful reintegration and reduce recidivism rates among formerly incarcerated individuals. We anticipate the following outcomes:

a) Increased Housing Stability: Participants will have access to safe and stable housing, reducing homelessness and housing instability.

b) Enhanced Employability: Participants will acquire new skills, receive job placement assistance, and secure stable employment, leading to increased self-sufficiency.
