A roasted sprouted wheat bun with seared zucchini,  seared pineapple, eggplant bacon, sauté onions& peppers, watercress, Mung bean sprouts, fresh picked cherry tomato, pickles, jalapeños & avocado. We discuss topics such as ways to transition, the spiritual concepts of food from our KMT & American ancestors, and the benefit to expose the children to agriculture and mix in some plant based foods in their eating habits.
